Payment Information

To sustain the program, we collect $150 for the first Scout or $125 each for families with multiple Scouts in the Pack. This fee goes towards campouts, food, T-shirts, activities, facilities rentals, Pinewood Derby, Blue & Gold Banquet, awards, patches, and all other expenses. Sometimes, the Pack will offer activities like the USS Constellation campout that require an additional fee if we can’t cover it with the dues.

In addition, National Scouting America and the National Capital Area Council charge fees to each family for operations. These fees go towards the operations of the broader program. They are paid when registering through BeAScout.org and are not managed by the Pack. These fees are paid during registration.

New Scouts: To register with the Pack for the first time, go to BeAScout.org and payment is made as part of the registration process.

Current Scouts: When it is time to re-register with the Pack, there will be a note under the Scout’s profile picture in Scoutbook that says “Eligible to Renew”. Click that link and it will guide you through the process. Scoutbook is at the following link: https://advancements.scouting.org/profile
